Why is my order delayed?
First, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. All the shipping estimates are provided by DHL and local post offices. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols.
 
How can I check my order status?
Every order gets a tracking number. You can see it in your email or in your orders. You can go to our Track Your Order and write your tracking number and see the order status.
 
How do I choose the best fit size?
We recommend you to follow our Size Guide for the perfect fit. For finding your true size we recommend using a measuring tape.
If you are in between sizes, for a tight and supportive look, we suggest sizing down, for relaxed fit we suggest sizing up.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot, unfortunately, offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for the return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. When will I receive my refund? 
From the moment we get the return, it will take 3-5 days to process the return. We will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Which fabrics do you  use?
We are happy to share this information with you!
 
We use ECONYL® & FENC® TOP-GREEN® recycled fabrics made from dumped fishing nets & plastic bottles. Moreover, our natural garments are made from organic fabrics such as organic cotton.

What does organic cotton mean? Organic cotton is cotton that is produced and certified to meet organic agricultural standards. Its production sustains the health of soils, ecosystems and people by using natural processes rather than artificial inputs. More importantly, organic cotton farming does not allow the use of toxic agents. Instead, it combines tradition, innovation and science to benefit the shared environment and promote a good quality of life for all involved.

We work with GOTS & OEKO-TEX® certificate factories, and our fabric is dyed with eco-friendly dyes so the wastewater is carefully cleaned and cooled before it is released.

Is your packing eco-friendly?
We believe that our planet is our shared resource, we have all taken a lot and it is time to give back. We teamed up with One Tree Planted* to plant trees around the world and give you the opportunity to do the same.

With every purchase that you make we automatically donate trees which we plant on your behalf. The amount of your contribution will be automatically calculated, based on the type and quantity of your order, so that you plant more than you use.

Also, we use recycled boxes & biodegradable resin miler bags. The bags are disintegrating into natural elements, leaving no toxicity in the soil.

Where do you manufacture your clothing?
Our manufacturers are located in Indonesia and Turkey. We believe in fair employment and all our manufacturers fulfil the Treatment of Employees – Manpower. Besides that, they also contribute to female education & assist with clothing and other basic needs with the help of Bali Street Mums foundation. 

Furthermore, to ensure ANDA is a green company, we partnered with factories authorized by GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) which inspects all the actions within the companies, making sure they are not polluting the environment and that they comply with all the basic human rights.
