Return & Exchange
RETURN & EXCHANGE
You can return or exchange your order within 14 days from receiving it. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if that time has passed. To return & exchange an item, please use our Return Portal.
We accept unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered items and in saleable condition with tags attached. To accept your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you need to exchange the item for the same item, send us an email with your request to: info@andactivewear.com
NOTE: You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned or exchanged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. ANDA is not responsible for returning shipping lost / damages, so we recommend using a shipping method that allows you to track your delivery.
From the moment we receive the return at the shipping center, it will take 3-5 days to process the request. Exchange times may vary & change from country to country, please take it into account.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We accept unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered items and in saleable condition with tags attached, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund please fulfil the following steps:
- Re-check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially registered.
- Contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
